Both ancient Chinese exercise forms which are slow, gentle and easy are often described as meditation in motion. Helping to centre the mind, promote relaxation, ease back pain and aid with improving osteoarthritis and boosting confidence.

Mindfulness isn't just something you do, its who you want to be. It's a practice to a calmer and more centred way of living authentically.
Mindfulness help to improve sleep, feelings of being at ease, and reduces pain, stress and worry.

I rediscovered the healing benefits of being in Nature in 2019 when I was on holiday in Scotland.
Being in Nature helps you destress and connect with natural healing, discover peace and calm away from the busyness of city life.
