About the event
The Wild Ox Circle is about coming together in unity, kindness and compassion; supporting each other, creating a space of safety and inclusion where everyone is valued.
We will begin each meeting in the mindful drinking of tea (or coffee) in silnce for the first 5 minutes.
Afterwards we will come together to share, give thanks and practice gratitude.
The main part of the meeting will vary from week to week, from member knowledge sharing, inviting guest speakers and planning community events and more.
We bring each meeting to a close with guided mindfulness practice lead either by myself or with me supporting group members.
